Application No. 11-010: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to the Notice of Intent to Demolish a Historic Building or Structure located at 10 Mill Pond Road, filed by Randy Van Sickle, 319 Riverview Drive, Chatham, MA 02633, for owner of the Craven Family Trust of 1988, 3025 Ryniker Drive, Billings, MT 59102.
