5:10 PM/ Map 3 Lot 17/SE 79-323: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn on behalf of Margot Goodwin, owner of property located at 44 Oak Grove Road The applicant proposes to construct a garage and perform associated site work within the Riverfront Area.

5:30 PM/ Map 24 Lot 1/SE79-322:Continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank for property  known as  Waskosims Rock Reservation located at 320 North Road. The applicant proposes to mow, clear and maintain 1.5 acres of Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland in order to create an oak savanna.  Applicant has requested a further continuance to May 8, 2012 at 5:10 PM.
