NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Hardwick Planning Board, acting as the Special Permit Granting Authority for the Town of Hardwick, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday August 8, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Office Building, 307 Main Street, Gilbertville, MA.  Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40 A, Section 5, this hearing is on the application for a change of use special permit by Steven Mancini, 300 Cedar St., Fiskdale, MA to operate a country store at 1839 Lower Road, Hardwick.  The proposed store will offer groceries, produce, milk, eggs, dairy products, bakery goods, ice cream, beer, wine, gifts soups and sandwiches in building one.  Building two which currently houses a leased ATM machine will remain the same. Building three will house fabric notions, handmade items and will offer alteration services.  The canopy area will contain have produce items.    All interested parties are asked to attend.
