Waiver Request Hearing: The Orange EDIC has received a waiver request from applicant Canna Select Holdings, LLC, requesting waiver of the Water Consumption Standards. A copy of this waiver request is available upon request of the Office of Community Development, by emailing awade@townoforange.org. The Orange EDIC will hold a public hearing to consider and provide ruling based on the Waiver of Standards chapter of the Industrial Performance Standards of Randall Pond Industrial Park.
