Public Hearing on the Application of Donna & Andrew McCallum, for property located at 14 Lake Drive for a Special Permit for the re-construction of their house on the existing foundation footprint but increasing the current height of approximately 17 feet to no more than 28 feet (26 feet from the roadside grade).
