Agenda:
The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided in this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at www.essexma.org. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

7:30 pm Informational presentation by Save Chebacco Trails on the proposal to build a 50-unit housing development in Hamilton. NOTE: This is for informational purposes only. The Essex Conservation Commission will be making no determination on this project. 
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Susan Beardsley to construct an addition to an existing single family home at 18 Low Land Farm Rd.
8:00 pm Continued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of PMC Realty Trust/Gateway Realty Trust to construct a 30'x160' storage building partially within 100' Buffer Zone to a wetland area at 73 Eastern Avenue. NOTE: This hearing will be continued pending receipt of the Peer Review report.
