  Average number of programs is 5 for other Parks & Recreation committee
  Do we want to be just events or both Recreation and Events
  We have all responsibilities of all Recreation facilities

  Figure out who has authority over the ball field (baseball, soccer)
  First steps:
  -Define our roles and responsibilities
  -Town appropriate money ($80K) for three years (seed money)
  -Draft a plan
  -Data Collection: Number of families with number of kids, % that would buy into this plan
  -Under advertise and do more
  -The study did not come up with recommendations for capital (playgrounds)
  -Adopt community preservation act-tax
