7PM Public comment Minutes 11/8, 6/23, 7/11, 7/18, 7:30 Virtual public hearing The Shutesbury Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM to consider two amendments to the Shutesbury Zoning By-law. The first amendment would replace the current SECTION 8.10 GROUND-MOUNTED SOLAR ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS, by adding: language to comply with a 2022 SJC decision; provisions for energy storage systems; and new mitigation requirements; and by updating the noticing process. The second amendment would be to the ENERGY AND UTILITY section of the Use Table, to not allow principal use of energy storage systems. Texts of the proposed amendments are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours, and on the Town website.(www.shutesbury.org/calendars) at least 48 hours before the meeting.
