Public Hearing Notice

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 15c M.G.L., the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 22, 2018. in the Town Hall Lower Level Meeting Room, 32 Main Street, Ashburnham, MA to consider the request of Timothy & Lindsey Draleau, W. Sprinfield, MA 01089 for the construction of permanent entrance for a driveway and access to Lot 1 Packard Hill Road in Ashburnham, MA, identified on the Town’s Assessor’s maps as Map 22, Parcel 4G (Lot 1). The public hearing is required as Packard Hill Road is a designated scenic road.

A copy of the application and plan may be inspected at the Ashburnham Land Use Office during normal business hours on Monday, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM., Tuesday thru Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated.
