  c.	With information from item 4b, create a summary listing of goals achieved, works in progress, etc.
  d.	Create/prioritize work plan to implement strategies with projected dates of completion
  e.	Present workplan to Select Board and Town residents
  f.	Go to work…..
  
  5.	Selection of MPI leadership
  
  6.	Establish meeting schedule
  
  7.	Other items for discussion
