7:40 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Essex Board of Selectmen to demolish the garage and erect a safety/security fence around the foundation at 5 Southern Avenue.

7:50 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Creeden to demolish existing home and construct a new home and replace septic tank at 52R Lufkin Point Road.

Business:

*Meet with property owner of 71 Wood Drive to discuss issues relating to Wood Drive and Annabelle Ave.
*Review a Request(s) for Certificate of Compliance (if any). 
*Sign documents for hearings closed at last meeting (if any). 
*Approve minutes from meeting of April 19, 2016. 
*Distribute minutes from last meeting. *Review mail/emails. 
*Sign payroll and expense sheets. *Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
