Chairman’s Report:
• Status of Current Demolition Delays.
• Status on 68 Shell Drive, - Proposed relocation of historic home on property, by owner, awaiting Cons Com decision - meeting continued to 6/9/2021 & ZBA decision – meeting scheduled for 6/24/2021.  Proposed relocation of historic Barn to Nye Museum Sandwich or NFA, awaiting demolition permit. 
• Monomoy Theatre Property, 776 Main St, Status of NRD application with MHC, (on hold by owner) – HBDC approved demolition of structures, other than theatre and Washington/Taylor home.  The Planning Board approved the Preliminary Subdivision. 

Issues on hold due to COVID-19, limitations:
• Archaeological survey of Chatham Cemeteries. Form E’s” – Steve Burlingame update.
• Update of CHC Town Wide Archaeological Survey/Report/Form “D’s”, with recent archaeological surveys/digs. Nickerson Family Assoc./Conservation Foundation/Atwood CHS sites.
• Review of Chapter 158 bylaw, re: current 75-year threshold for acceptance.
• Development of Preservation Plan.
• Administrative Review Process, expansion in future on the determination of Historical Significance.
