ASSESSORS - AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Report of the Principal Assessor to the Board of Assessors. 2. Review and act upon town counsel labor-related opinion rendered Feb. 21 by email. 3. Set up a system of "tripwires" to detect value increases in properties in a more timely manner to increase new growth values & associated tax income for the town. 4. Update tax maps so as to facilitate taxing of individual building lots for recent approved subdivisions. (Request planning board to notify assessors office upon acceptance/approval of new subdivisions and "ANR" new building lots. 5. Work on the assessor's budget for FY 2017. 6. Approval of minutes. 7. Review & Sign (if any) MV/Boat Excise Tax Abatement Applications & Certificates. 8. Review & Sign (if any) Month End Lists. 9. Review & Sign (if any) outstanding Warrants. 10. Review & Sign (if any) Commitments incl. "Chapter Land" white papers. 11. Take any actions necessary to catch up on old work that has not been done while the office was not functioning at capacity. 12. Any additional reports. 13. All other business new/old. 14.
