	Personnel Board:
•	Consider the approval of a revised position description for the Planning Board Clerk, pending receipt.
•	Consider revision to the FY2018 Wage & Salary Scale recommendation as related to a Youth Program Coordinator or Youth Services Director; and, discussion regarding possible reconstitution of the Youth Commission.
	Vote to ratify the Chairman’s declaration of a State of Emergency at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017; and, vote to ratify the Chairman’s lifting of the State of Emergency at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
	Vote to approve a request from Neurofibromatosis Northeast to pass over Essex roads during their 7th Annual Coast to the Cure biking event on Saturday, September 9, 2017.
	Consider accepting the resignation of Hilary Mattison from the Town Building Committee; and also, whether a replacement should be made.
	Consider recommendations from the Democratic Committee to appoint either Marcia Greenbaum or Katie Blair St. John to the vacant position on the Board of Registrars.
	Consideration of the Successor Employment Agreement for Chief of Police.
