In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing 3rd continuance on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. by Zoom on the Notice of Intent by James Rheault of 510 Mechanic Street, Leominster, MA 01453 for construction of a driveway crossing bordering vegetated wetland and the replication of approximately 4,900 S.F. for the construction of a single family home on property currently owned by Brian Scott-Lombardo of Cromwell, CT 06416 on New Athol Road, Map 408 Lot 88-0 and 79-0.
