You can have the Library Strategic Planning meetings appear in your calendar, if it supports polling a URL in iCal format. For example, here are the directions for Google Calendar:

1. Go to your Google Calendar page
2. On the left, find Other Calendars, and click the [+] to the right of that
3. Select the option From URL
4. Copy this into the URL field: http://www.mytowngovernment.org/board/6227706046840832/calendar.ics
5. Click the Add Calendar button

To subscribe to all the meetings for all committees in Orange, MA, use this Calendar Feed instead.
