The Leicester Regional Public Health Coalition (LRPHC) is a shared public health services arrangement among the health departments of Leicester, Barre, Holden, Hardwick, Brookfield, North Brookfield, New Braintree, and Oakham, MA. On June 5, 2024, the LRPHC Board voted by a simple majority to adopt the Lead SSA’s (Leicester) website as the official method for posting notices of all subsequent meetings subject to the Open Meeting Law (OML).
Effective immediately, all meeting agendas, materials, and approved minutes will be posted at least 48 hours prior to each meeting at the following web address: www.leicesterma.org under the Health Department page.
Additionally, in accordance with OML guidance, each participating municipality will post on its respective webpage: 1) the name of the PHE collaborative, 2) its participation in the LRPHC, and 3) instructions on how to locate meeting notices and access meeting information at the aforementioned website.
