Southampton, MA Town Administrator Search Committee

Appointed by the Select Board, this voluntary group of town officials and residents comprise a Search Committee, whose purpose is to advise on matters related to hiring of a Search Consultant, develop a final job description and recommended wage classification of the Town Administrator position, closely screen all applications, hear reports of references from Search Consultant, conduct preliminary interviews, and recommend a slate of finalists for consideration by the Select Board in public interviews. Final selection of the new Town Administrator will be the responsibility of the Select Board.
