Charge of the Committee:

To review the submitted proposals for adherence to the Redevelopment RFP; evaluate the proposals based on the evaluation criteria; request additional information from the proposers as appropriate; examine the RFP's feasibility (especially cost feasibility); facilitate public information meeting(s) on the proposals as specified in the RFP and solicit public input; and present a recommendation to the Selectboard.
