Royalston, MA Capital Planning

The Capital Planning Committee is charged with obtaining information from Town departments and boards about current and projected capital needs. Capital needs are defined as equipment or projects that cost more than $1,000.00 and/or are expected to last for five years or longer. The Committee submits an annual report to the Board of Selectmen that includes the Committee's prioritized recommendations for inclusion in the next fiscal year's budget as well as recommendations for future capital expenditures.
