II Discus the Cracks in Basketball Court at Gilman-Waite and both Options A and Option B proposal.

Action: vote: Motion to transfer from wage account to service the amount of $4,745.00 to have cracks repaired.
 
Action: vote: Motion spend $1,776.00 out Donation account for additional funds need fix the cracks if going with option B. 

ACTION; Vote: Motion to award Vermont Recreational company the Resurfacing and Fencing repair the Cracks at the Basketball Court at Gilman-Waite Field Baldwinville MA Option A. $4,745.00 or Option B. $6,521.00

III Discus Hiring two more Concession stand workers Gilman-Waite. 
Action: Vote: Motion to Hire two Seasonal Concession Stand Assistants for week 
 Late Afternoons/evenings and some Sunday nights $15 to $16 Hour up to 10 hours a week.
