NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALTON FIRE DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that a Public hearing for the discussion of Local Property Tax Policy to determine the percentage of the Tax Levy to be borne by each class of property for Fiscal Year 2024 will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 3:00 PM in the Treasurers Office, at the Dalton Fire Station. This hearing is held in accordance with the Classification Amendment in Chapter 797 of the acts of 1979, which is a requirement in order to set the Tax Rate for Fiscal 2024.
