JOINT MEETING WITH THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Exemption #3:
Executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, s21(a)(3) to discuss litigation strategy regarding the Plourde v Town of Brookfield matters where discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town’s litigation position and the chair do declares.
