3.	Scheduled Items
a.	Little Broadway Academy: Space for rehearsals is needed for the theater program.
i.	Two different groups with about 25 kids per group
1.	Middle/High School: MWF 2:45-4:00
2.	Elementary: T/TH 3:00-5:00 or 4:00-6:00
ii.	September 12th through December 17th
iii.	Willing to pay a small monthly fee, but would like to utilize a free space
iv.	No liability insurance, parents sign a waiver
b.	Melanson Contract for FY23
c.	Senior Tax Abatement Application: Patricia Flynn
d.	Staining of office doors: David Bramhall noted the doors will begin to deteriorate unless they are stained or painted. Is willing to do the work and bring the materials. Cost of service was not negotiated.
e.	Appointment: Board of Assessors
f.	NRSD request to lease PMS for a Summer Program
g.	Department Assistant advertisement and job description
h.	Executive Session per MGL C.30A §21.2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.

f.	ARPA Funds: Discuss first committee meeting
g.	Updates on building renovations/repairs. Status of HVAC units, Library and Annex roofs
