a. In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.5 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 6:30pm to consider updates to the Orange Zoning Bylaw for the purpose of updating the Table of Uses -Use Regulation Schedule to include battery energy storage systems.
Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and subsequent extensions of this law which allows virtual meetings March 2023 this hearing will be conducted via teleconference. Meeting participation instructions can be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Orange site http://www.mytowngovernment.org/01364 under the Planning Board section.

b. The Town of Orange Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to MGL c40A, Section 5, on August 30, 2022 at 6:45pm to consider updates to the Orange Zoning Bylaw for the purpose of updating the Table of Uses -Use Regulation Schedule to include outdoor marijuana cultivation.
Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and subsequent extensions of this law which allows virtual meetings March 2023 this hearing will be conducted via teleconference. Meeting participation instructions can be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Orange site http://www.mytowngovernment.org/01364 under the Planning Board section.

There are no substantive changes to the bylaws proposed in this proposal.
