Meeting will open in regular public session and proceed to enter Executive Session per Roll Call Vote.
There will be no regular business at the conclusion of the Executive Session.

Joint meeting with Zoning Board of Appeals
To review litigation with Counsel re Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) Decision regarding Proposed Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Energy System at Lot 38, New Athol Road, Petersham.
RE: Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares. The meeting shall adjourn with no further business upon the conclusion of Executive Session.
