Opel, request for January 18th, CIPC meeting at Annex and person to unlock doors.
Otis Elevator contracts, PMS and Town Hall.
7:10 pm Public Hearing continuation from 1/5/22 for Johns Garage DBA John E. McQueston

Approve policy requested for SMRP Grant.
Approve Town Hall Floating Secretary ad.
National Grid, pole hearing, date & time for public hearing, posting.
Follow up, accountant, end of yr, recap and other items needing attention.
Dr Casavant, for discussion on ARPA funds, January 12th, 7:30pm.
Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Accountant, discuss having assistants available and involved
in ongoing processes so they are immediately available when needed.
Discuss appointing a Procurement Officer, stipend, job description.
Selectboard prepare Budget for F2023.

Police pay increases overlooked in ATM.
Old Bills, KP Law invoice, Animal Control reimbursement.
DPW bylaw request for unloading heavy equipment on roadways and cost of damages & fines.
Selectboard Secretary position.
Executive Session, MGL 30A, Section 21, reason #2. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for
negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, Coordinator, discuss up to date progress on these matters.
Town Buildings sanitizing. Alarm swipe cards to limit touch area's to reduce virus transfer.
Discuss any Covid related matters, vaccines, testing or fed and state mandates.
Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.
Follow up, missing minutes from zoom meetings.
Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.
Agriculture Commission request file cabinet and space to store scale.
Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and upgrades
including library and annex roofs, any changes, discussion and votes.
