e) Review and Discussion of Potential Town Meeting Warrant Articles for the June 10, 2024 Town Meeting:
i. Zoning Bylaw Amendment Warrant Article for the adoption of updated zoning map reflecting zoning district amendments passed at the June 2023 Town Meeting (rezoning in the neighborhood of South Street, Pine Street, Freedom Street and Electric Street from General Commercial (G) to the Residential-A (R-A))
ii. Warrant Article for the Town to accept an Access Easement given by V&J Real Estate, Inc. over land known as “Patal Private Way” located off of Adams Drive. The purpose of this access easement is to allow the Town to pass over said private way for ingress and egress for all emergency and municipal maintenance vehicles as well as for use of the emergency turnaround.
V. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, April 3, 2024) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
