Reorganization of the Board of Selectmen b. New members of the Community Preservation Committee: i. Linda Langevin ii. Peter Travisano (sp?) c. Garrett Foley: Quotes for the Common d. Fire Fighters: Swearing in of three new fire fighters e. Ambulance: Discussion for repairing of the ambulance f. Fire Station Repairs: The Fire Chief would like to move ahead with hiring an engineer to see what is needed to repair the fire station. g. 2nd Grade Field Trip: Penny Taintor asked if the second grade could utilize the gym, zipline and soccer field for their field trip on June 1st or June 2nd. They would provide bussing and lunches for the students. h. Wheelchair Lift Fine: Original application for the lift was 12 days late with a fine of $100 per day. The fine was previously appealed and denied. i. Boiler work at PMS: Fidelity Insurance sent a notice for the boiler switches that need to be installed within 30 days receipt of the notice, dated May 2nd. j. Employee Evaluation Forms: Melanie created new forms that need approval to be used. k. DEP Dam Emergency Action Plan: Dave Lenart provided us with the new emergency action plan to be submitted to DEP. 4. Other Business 5. Old Business a. Memorial Day Parade: Update b. Floating Secretary Position: Update c. Whitewater: Extra PFAS testing update d. American Alarm: update on PMS alarm and going to cellular e. PMS School Reuse: Feasibility funds, budget, leasing, and legal process f. ARPA: Committee meeting slated for June 1st at 3:00. g. Updates on building renovations/repairs.
