Request by Peter Lyman of Benwoods LLC, for a Minor Modification #2 from the Benwoods OSRD Special Permit and Definitive Subdivision Plan for a revision to Condition #6 to allow a seventh lot to be sold before the Covenant that addresses the requirements of Section 3.16.6.7 of the OSRD Bylaw shall be approved by the Planning Board and Town Counsel (the BPCD had approved up to six lots on July 1, 2020) as well as a request to extend the 3-year deadline for completion of the Benwoods Drive final paving top coat for another two years. b. Review of Massachusetts’ Attorney General’s comments provided with the April 25, 2022 approval of Athol Zoning Bylaw amendments pertaining to the licensed marijuana establishments (Article 11 and 12), that were passed at the October 18, 2021 Town Meeting c. Continued discussion of potential 2022 Zoning Bylaw Amendments and Work Plan V. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, June 1, 2022) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and the June 2022 Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw Amendments Warrant Articles, plus other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential for alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed). VI. Adjournment |
