7:15 Public Hearing, national grid/verizon pole hearings x 3 for following locations, As Posted.

7:30 FRTA, available services to Phillipston per resident request.
7:45 Capital Improvement Planning Committee, Plan and discussion with Selectboard.
Fire Department, ambulance, last service update.
Follow up, accountant, end of yr, recap and other items needing attention. Do we have final
ledger showing all 2021 allocations, expenditures, amounts encumbered.
Are there expense reports detailing expenses paid for each department & board thru Jan 2022 for comparisons with department records?
Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Accountant, discuss having assistants available and involved
in ongoing processes so they are immediately available when needed.
Appoint Procurement Officer, approve job description.
Selectboard prepare Budget for F2023.
Selectboard prepare Town Report.
Follow up on PMS water test requirements, Is building transient or non transient use.
Selectboard, discussion on office procedures and possible changes,
Have AA draft agenda items, agenda to be approved by B.O.S. Chair prior to posting.
Selectboard members to be provided with new chrome book while serving term.
Selectboard members to receive stipend or amount for cell phone use, past members and CAO were given town issued cell phones.

Police pay increases overlooked in ATM.
Old Bills, KP Law invoice, Animal Control reimbursement.
DPW bylaw request for unloading heavy equipment on roadways and cost of damages & fines.
Selectboard Floating Secretary Position, Human Resource Officer is advertising.
Executive Session, MGL 30A, Section 21, reason #2. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for
negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, Coordinator, discuss up to date progress on these matters.
Town Buildings sanitizing. Alarm swipe cards to limit touch area's to reduce virus transfer.
Discuss any Covid related matters, vaccines, testing or fed and state mandates.
Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.
Follow up, missing minutes from zoom meetings.
Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.
Agriculture Commission request file cabinet and space to store scale.
Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and upgrades
including library and annex roofs, any changes, discussion and votes.
