a.	Highway Bylaw Hearing
b.	Rick Tenney: would like to change the direction of the stairs to the side door at the Town Hall
c.	American Alarm Proposal: American Alarm states that the alarms are having issues as we need to go cellular instead of landline.

a.	Selectmen joint meeting with the Finance Committee April 14th
5.	Old Business
a.	DEP water requirements for PMS. Rick, Don and Melanie have a zoom meeting with Whitewater on April 14th for long term plan requirements
b.	Building Inspector: alternate inspector in the summer
c.	Procurement officer: Melanie has a webinar on April 14th to gain more information on the requirements for certification
d.	PMS school reuse: leasing, cost, advertising, and legal process
e.	Follow up on ARPA and Cares Act (closed): formation of committee and redoing Cares submission
f.	Follow up on Board of Selectmen office positions and any related matters to fill temporary and/or permanent positions
g.	Follow up on missing minutes from Zoom meetings
h.	Agricultural Commission request for file cabinet and space to store scale
i.	FRTA and MART
j.	Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units, Library and Annex roofs.
k.	Town Common lawn and tree conditions, as well as hiring a professional to look at the area.
6.	Other business needing attention not known 48 hours prior to meeting
