1. Call to Order
2. Approve Meeting Minutes from Nov. 17, 2022 and from Jan. 12, 2023
3. Old business
	a. Share information re the “Community Preservation Coalition” and its 	educational opportunities for our CPC.
	b. Discuss most effective methods of communication between CPC members.
4. New business
	a. Discuss if the CPC should recommend an article to the annual town meeting 	regarding reducing the number of required CPC members from 9 to 5. The 	‘Community Preservation Coalition’ is willing to assist us in constructing the 	appropriate wording.
	b. Discuss last week’s CPC applicants including:
		1. Previous application of Alex Olson re funding a Town picnic pavilion
		2. New application from the Historical Society of Phillipston
		3. New application from the Congregational Church of Phillipston 		              5. Other Business - not known 48 hours in advance of meeting
6. Schedule next CPC meeting
7. Adjourn
