III. New and Old Business: 

a) Minor Site Plan Review Application – Sydney Adams, Dig and Pour Foundation Division LLC; Property location: off Templeton Road (Parcel #043-034). This application is for a new business to be located at this subject property, which consists of 1.17± Acres. The proposed project is for a commercial construction storage yard that would utilize 10,500± square feet of land area. 
b) Appointment of Montachusett Joint Transportation Commission BPCD Representative for remainder of FY 2024   
c) BPCD New Member Recruitment Status Update  
d) BPCD/EDIC website update 
e) EOEEA Planning Grant Master Plan Update Project Update 
f) Review and Approval of Board of Planning and Community Development 2024 Meeting Dates 
g) Endorsement of the Minor Site Plan for Whipps Family Ventures LLC. Construction of a new 98’ x 144’ addition to the existing shop area (14,000± sq. ft. of new shop area) was approved by the BPCD on October 4, 2023 for property located at 370 & 400 South Athol Road (Parcels 024-061 and 024-064)  

IV. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, February 7, 2024) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
