• 7:01 PM – 1 Alice Avenue – Special Permit for construction of a pool deck with the 50 foot setback
• 7:05 PM – 5 Cottage Court – Variance to allow alteration of a pre-existing side deck and allow the alteration of a pre-existing three-season porch to usable interior space
• 7:10 PM – 14 Keeney Pond Road – Special Permit for the setback of an accessory building

Eoghan Kelley, Village at Norfolk LLC would like a bond reduction and the release of the last affordable lot. The permit states the last lot can only be released after the road is complete. The road has a top coat of road left until fully complete.
