7:15pm: Public hearing on the appeal of K. William Krikorian of 196 Bemis Road, Fitchburg, MA  01420, for property located at 550 South Street Athol, MA  01331, Map 30, Lot 230 and owned by the EDIC, c/o Town of Athol of 584 Main Street, Athol, MA  01331.
K. William Krikorian is seeking the following Variances: for a residence under 600 square feet in the G Zoning District; this appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.3 of the Athol Zoning Bylaws; for a building exceeding 4 stories in the G Zoning District; this appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.6 of the Athol Zoning Bylaws; for residential use of a first floor in the G Zoning District; this appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.3 of the Athol Zoning Bylaws; and for a building over 50 feet high in the G Zoning District. This appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.6 of the Athol Zoning Bylaws.
