This meeting is being held remotely in accordance with the Governor of Massachusetts’ March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law G.L. c. 30A, Section 2 and an Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State Of Emergency, Session Law – Acts of 2021 Chapter 20 (malegislature.gov) signed on June 16, 2021, meetings of the QRSD School Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Motion to authorize the Director of Administrative Services to make transfers necessary to close the Fiscal Year 2022 budget.

Motion to authorize the Quabbin Regional School District Treasurer, acting under the provision of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 71 § 16(g) as amended by Chapter 13, § 4 of the Acts of 1972, and with the approval of the Chairman of the District Committee to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of revenue, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 and to issue a note or notes therefore, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given, for a period of less than one year, in accordance with G. L. Ch. 44§ 17.

No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via Zoom technology. |
