AGENDA
• Approve minutes from the Strategic Planning Committee Meetings of August 18, and October 6, 2022.
• Discuss public and committee member input provided at the public forum held on October 6, 2022, and via survey and email. Consider incorporating into the Strategic Plan.
• Work toward finalization of the Strategic Plan revision, either at the present meeting or at a subsequent meeting.
• If agreed as FINAL, vote to adopt and send to the Board of Selectmen. Otherwise, establish target date for getting the final version of the plan revision to the Board of Selectmen for adoption.
• Date for next meeting.
• Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline. |
