1. Recruiting new members for the Cultural Council starting with Quabbin High
School - 2 Juniors, one from Hardwick and one from New Braintree. Will ask for
National Honor Society Members
2. Will call those potential members from last year and see if they can attend our
meeting on July 31 or August 14.
3. What are we doing this year for the Fair? Friday evening visitors to our booth will
be able to do some acrylic painting via Maureen; face painting on Saturday: paid if
possible (find face painter by August 5), otherwise Elizabeth & volunteers will do it
4. We will pass out a new Questionnaire (include zip codes on it so we know if they
are from Hardwick and New Braintree as we keep the search going for new
Cultural Council members
5. Activity: Gentle Jenga
6. Hand out Cultural Council Stickers
7. Next Meeting of the Council August 14, 2023
