a. Approval of DRAFT Communication from PPPB to Hampshire County Retirement Board Executive Director seeking clarification on Pension calculations.

i. To consider proposal offered by the Town Administer which will be offered at the meeting.

a. Council on Aging
i. PCF regarding approval to hire as a Temporary, not to exceed 12 weeks non-benefitted position as the COA Admin Assistant for 10 hours per week at a rate of $15.91 per hour. Letter of expiation from Department Head as well as the current job posting has been submitted for consideration. (Carry over from Dec 2021 Meeting)
ii. Review and Score COA Program Coordinator
b. Fire Department
i. PCF for a Mid-Year hourly rate adjustment to the pay scale for EMT (Basic) to increase by $1.00 per hour and for Paramedic to increase by $3.00 per hour, all retro to 12/15/2021.
ii. PRF’s Paramedic/EMT (Basic), Summary posting and job description to be provided in advance of the meeting for review ahead of time.
iii. PCF – Sophie Morini, Paid per call Fire Fighter.
iv. PCF – Joseph Wiener, Paid per call Fire Fighter.
v. PCF – Any Paid on Call Fire Fighter currently earning a rate of $13.75 to be increased to $14.25 as of 01/01/2022 to accommodate for the Minimum wage adjustment that took place.
c. Treasurer/Tax Collector
i. PCF – Emergency 2-week appointment of Robin Richard to replace employee Traci Lamica who has vacated the position while a posting for a permeant person is sought.
ii. PRF regarding Temporary Position not to exceed 12 weeks to fill the vacated position of Administrative Treasurer/Collector Clerk.
iii. PRF regarding vacated position of Administrative Treasurer/Collector Clerk.
