Information for Meeting of Conservation Commission

The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.

This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at https://www.essexma.org/conservation-commission. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

7:40 PM Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by MassDOT Highway Division to reconstruct and extend the sidewalk including new drainage and traffic infrastructure to provide pedestrian safety improvement and ADA compliant sidewalks adjacent to Eastern Ave just east of Water St and just west of Harlow St.
7:50 PM Public meeting to review an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by John Coughlin for 73 Eastern Ave. 
8:00 PM Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Daniel Carnevale to construct an in-ground swimming pool with associated cabana at 210 Southern Ave.
