4. Disease and COVID-19 Updates:
a. COVID 19 State Test Kits: 9/13/2022- Library 126, Kept 25 for staff.
b. 9/7/2022 2nd ordered additional supplies from the State, received 9/20/2022.
i. COVID 19 Kits: 1620
1. The first order distribution:
a. BARC-62, Senior Center-90, Senior Center Staff-6 Town Employees-20, Fire Dept- 111, Police-45, Communications-15, Hwy-11 Library Staff -5, First Methodist Church-250/St Agnes Soup Kitchen-50, River Run 113, Dalton Housing-90, Library Community 226, CRA-50= 1144
2. The 2nd distribution can be the same, plus another 476, suggested:
a. Employee increase from 1 to 2 kits= 40 kits
b. First Methodist Church increase from 250 to 350
c. CRA increase from 50 to 100
d. Dalton Medical Center: 100
e. Balance to the Library increase from 226 another 200= 426 the balance.
f. Any suggestions or recommendations appreciated. Also, Friday discussing with Emergency Management- may change.
ii. Additional Supplies: KN95 (3600), Level 1 Mask (6000), Children Ear Loop Disposable Mask (5000), Bandages 1x3 100/Bx (72), Hand Sanitizers: (120), Thermometers: (72)
1. Emergency Management is reviewing this stock and making recommendation to keep some in the town’s emergency reserve -amount reserved to be determined. The balance will be distributed to the community organizations.
c. Berkshire County COVID 19/Flu Vaccination Clinics:

a. Tobacco Dalton By Laws Regulation :
i. Voting, Jim Wilusz, from Tri Town Tobacco will be present to answer any questions via zoom.

i. Discussion on Non Profits: Dalton Carnival, Sports Concession Stand
ii. Permitting Eye- on line permitting update
c. Housing updates:
