RE: 5:30 PM Meeting with Open Space & Recreation Committee Chair to approve sign project contract for OS&R Plan, request to post Survey signage, and any other updates as available.
RE: Review approve request for community garden re-opening for Spring 2024 by Petersham Grange.
RE: Notice of Veterans' Day Proclamation from MA Governor & Lt. Governor.
RE: Bridge work updates from Highway Supt. re: Glen Valley Road Bridge project finished and open; MA Small Bridge Grant award for Popple Camp Road Bridge; Quaker Drive Bridge project update.
RE: Review purchase of remote meeting equipment.
RE: Review updated Town Hall Rental Agreement.
RE: Review Selectboard update and winter meeting schedule.
RE: Executive Session. Upon conclusion of regular meeting business, per roll call vote of approval by the Selectboard members, the Board will move to Executive Session per (M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21(a)/3.To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares. At the close of Executive Session, the Board will re-enter regular session and immediately adjourn with no further business conducted.
