The Agenda Items listed are those items which were reasonably anticipated by the Chair to be discussed at the meeting. Not all items may be discussed, and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.  

A special meeting of the Essex Planning Board will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the Essex Town Hall, 3rd floor Auditorium, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA, to hold a public hearing for the zoning articles that will be on the warrant for Fall (Special) Town Meeting (scheduled for Monday, November 13, 2023), as is required by state regulations.

The next regular meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board will be held at 7pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Essex Town Hall 2ND Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA.
