EXECUTIVE SESSION 
The Board will enter an executive session pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, taking, lease, or value of real property if such discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the governmental body (Riverbridge) and will return to open session thereafter only to adjourn the meeting
