24-022 Andrea Towey – Application to restore the front door, replace the porch, second floor windows, and shingles on the structure, landscape and hardscape changes located at 16 Seaquanset Road. 

MODIFICATION:
24-025 859 Main Street Chatham LLC/c/o JFF Designs – Application to modify the Certificate of Appropriateness for changes to the brick, and windows on the structure located at 859 Main Street.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL/EXEMPTION:
24-023 Susan Nickerson Nominee Trust/c/o Thomas Sharkey – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace the storm windows and downspouts on the structure located at 606 Main Street.

24-024 1424 Main Street Realty Trust/c/o Seaside Roofing – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace the roof on the structure at 1424 Main Street.

24-026 Brian Zibrat – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace the roof on the structure at 163 Enterprise Drive.
