• Ambulance Report
• Fire Department Report
o Dalton Fire Department handbook – motion and approval.
o Dalton Fire Department Policies – update on progress.
o Letter ARPA Funds Dalton Selectboard – approval of letter.
o Website—Gemini Creative “Scope of Work” proposal, approval, and sharing of costs between Fire and Water Departments.
o Bunker Gear—Bergeron Protective Clothing has sized personnel for 8 complete sets; other members were allowed to be sized for replacement PPE. The PPE gear is primarily funded by a FEMA grant.
o Run cards for Emergency Response Matrix were updated with input from Chief Officers and Safety personnel.
o Four (4) AED replacements were ordered from an approved Capital Expense Line Item.
o Forestry Warden – purchased some hand tools from the Town Budget allocation.
o Meetings Attended: Open Meeting Law Training, Berkshire County Emergency Management, Crane & Co., Berkshire County Chief Association, Lenox Town Hall on EMS Rural Services.
o Public Budget Presentation discussion.
o Discussion with other Mutual Aid towns regarding contribution to our ambulance service.
