In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in Meeting Room 124, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
•	7:00 pm-117 Main Street/Norfolk Fire Station Site Plan, Special Permit, Earth Removal Permit  & Stormwater Mangagemen Permit (Cont’d from 9/13/22)
•	7:30 pm - Public Hearing for proposed revisions to Planning Board “Rules and Regulations for Subdivision of Land and Site Plan Approval & Special Permit Rules and Regulations”.  The purpose of the proposed amendments to the regulations is to renumber and reformat to correspond with the new ECode format.
•	7:45 pm- Public Hearing to discuss proposed changes to the NORFOLK ZONING BYLAWS which have been submitted to the warrant for the 11/15/2022 Fall Special Town Meeting:
o	To see if the Town will vote to amend the Norfolk Zoning Bylaw Section 310-3.2.A. Location of districts.
o	 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Norfolk Zoning Bylaw Section 310-11.4.B. (4) (d) Lot and Building Requirements and Standards. 
o	To see if the Town will vote to amend the Norfolk Zoning Bylaw Section 310-11.7.A.(2) Allowed Uses.

•	Meeting Minutes-Review & approve 9/13/22 & 9/27/22 minutes
•	Vote to recommend acceptance of the following streets at the November 15, 2022 Town Meeting: Warren Drive, Hemmingway Place, Farrington Avenue & Redwood Circle
