1. 11 a.m.: Executive Session: Exemption #3
Executive session pursuant to G.L.c 30A s21(a)(3) to discuss litigation strategy in the Plourde v Zoning Board of Appeals, East Brookfield District Court, where the Chair has declared that discussion of this matter in open session will be detrimental to the Town’s litigation position.
