8PM continuation of a public hearing for a special permit to reconstruct, extend, alter and/or change a structure at 28 Oak Street.
9PM appeal of a decision by the Alternate Building Inspector regarding Berlin Zoning By-law 710 Common Driveways and Sub-section 713.2c Maximum Slope at 36 Brigham Road.
Approve past meeting minutes.
